We are committed to delivering high-quality products and customer satisfaction. If your order arrives damaged or contains a printing error, you are entitled to a free replacement.
Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds. In the event of an issue, we will provide a replacement product identical to the original order.
To initiate a replacement:

Reply to your order confirmation email and describe the issue with your product.

Attach a clear photo showing the damage or printing error.
Once reviewed, we will arrange for a prompt replacement to be shipped to you.
Refunds may take a few weeks to complete.
Please note that refunds are not possible unless there is a problem with the product (damage or printing errors).
Giveaway Policy Note:Items received as part of a giveaway cannot be returned, exchanged for cash, or resold for profit. All giveaway items are final and non-refundable.
